Working within the UX Design team the role is to support the continuous improvement of the digital user experience across the multiple digital channels Help to define the interactivity and design on a variety of products proposing solutions that balance user needs with business goals and technical capabilities Driven by finding out how and why customers use our products and be passionate about communicating these needs proposing solutions to problems that excite and enthuse our customers
Key accountabilities:

Focus on the targets and outcomes aligning to the bank scorecard where applicable and ensuring a risk accountability is included in all roles
