About You
- A minimum of 1 years experience in Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working in a fast-paced finance environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated to build a long-term career in finance
About Your New Role
Always
- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation
- Maintain up-to-date supplier records
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries
- Assist with payment runs
Often
- Support month-end activities and reporting
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
- Contribute to process improvements within the finance function
Occasionally
- Assist with ad hoc finance duties as required
Never
- Work without support within a team-oriented finance function
- Never challenge the printer to a duel
