I’m working with a highly respected, law firm looking to hire a Company Secretary into their established Business Law team.
This is a standalone role with real ownership >> ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy and being the go-to expert.
The role?
You’ll take full responsibility for company secretarial services across a large portfolio of entities, working closely with lawyers and clients on a broad mix of corporate governance matters.
- Managing Companies House filings (Confirmation Statements, dormant accounts)
- Maintaining statutory books and registers
- Drafting board minutes and resolutions
- Handling share allotments, transfers, and dividends
- Leading on company incorporations
- Managing registered office mail and Inform Direct
- Acting as the primary point of contact for company secretarial matters
About you?
- Proven experience in a Company Secretarial role
- Strong knowledge of UK corporate governance & compliance
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator with both internal teams and external clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
