Working as part of a small finance team, the successful candidates key responsibility will be to support and assist the finance team with daily and monthly transactional duties.
Main duties and responsibilities
Maintain accounts payable records on company ERPUse automated AP system to process invoices for multiple companiesRaise remittances and post payments to bank for authorisationReconcile monthly supplier statementsComplete bank reconciliations at least weeklyCommunicate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues and disputesProcess expense claims to payment stageProcess credit card statementsSupport the wider team as and when requiredGeneral administration dutiesEssential Criteria
2+ years experience of working in a similar roleSage or equivalent experienceStrong IT skills including ExcelAbility to work within a teamAbility to multi-task and be well organisedExcellent communication skills and attention to detailDesirable Criteria
