Commercial Director - Insurance

We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as a Commercial Insurance Director. You will be working as part of an exciting and growing team across the region.

Role

This role will be made for you if you love fostering relationships and helping clients find the right insurance products to fit their needs. As a commercial director you will:

• Lead a team of ambitious Account Executives
• Mentor colleagues and drive their personal development
• Deliver our growth ambitions and initiatives for the branch
• Lead on our retention efforts across our existing client portfolio
• Contribute to our placement strategy and insurer engagement

You will be focused on growth, working with us puts you in a unique position to offer clients solutions from a diverse range of brands and a wide breadth of products with huge opportunities across the Ardonagh Group. Qualifications

• Proactive, use initiative and show an entrepreneurial spirit to identify opportunities to grow our business
• Previous experience within the insurance industry; fundamental knowledge of the commercial side of the insurance broking world
• Work well with your team, support others, have a positive outlook, be engaging, collaborative and resilient to adapt to changes
• Always demonstrate integrity, which is essential within a financially regulated organisation and the right way to be
