The Role

You will recruit a qualified solicitor to join our growing team. This role is open to candidates with or without prior immigration experience.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload, working on matters such as:

• Asylum and protection claims
• Appeals before the First-tier Tribunal (IAC)
• Human rights applications

You will be responsible for:

• Taking detailed instructions from clients (often via interpreter)
• Drafting legal representations, witness statements, and appeal documents
• Preparing and managing case files in line with SLAB requirements
• Liaising with the Home Office, Tribunal, and other stakeholders
• Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from:

• Qualified solicitors
• Candidates with immigration experience, or
• Candidates from other areas of law looking to retrain in immigration/human rights

You should have:

• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• The ability to manage a busy and demanding caseload
• Excellent client care skills
• Confidence working with vulnerable clients
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Salary

Competitive and dependent on experience.
