Living Well Officer | 10368 | fixed term contract for 18 months (secondment opportunity) | 15 hours per week | £26,824 to £28,142 per annum pro rata | Grade E | Norwich
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders, partners, and service users, delivering a full range of administrative and support services.
- Support multiple teams with daily tasks such as sourcing grants, organising community activities, booking respite, minuting meetings, and paying invoices.
- Assist with protection of property requirements under the Care Act and answer phones.
- Organise food parcels and maintain a list of local resources to support practitioner requests.
- Make visits to support the operational team, requiring a valid driving licence and access to a car.
- Embed the Living Well model by encouraging independence, resilience, and well‑being in the community while managing competing priorities.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
- Positive, “can do” attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Valid driving licence with access to a car.
- Commitment to receiving a full induction programme and ongoing training.
