Spitfire Homes is a forward-thinking, modern, privately-owned property development company specialising in the construction of sustainable, high-quality bespoke residential dwellings.
We are looking for a dynamic new Sales Consultant to join our team, based at our Sherbourne collection in Radcliffe-on-Trent, Nottingham. Working as part of a committed team, you will need to be a self-starter with a strong drive and determination to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant, you will be tasked with:
- Delivering sales in line with the agreed sales rate and revenue targets
- Maintaining high standards in terms of the presentation of the sales area and show homes
- Handling inbound enquiries, whilst actively managing the database of leads to secure sales
- Sales progression post reservation, liaising with the relevant parties to exchange contracts in a timely manner
- Delivering an excellent service throughout the various stages of the customer journey
- Maintaining an awareness of your competitors and their sales and marketing activity
- Liaising with the on-site construction team to drive presentation and remain aware of the build programme
- Complying with relevant health & safety requirements
Requirements
- Full driving licence
- Previous experience within a sales role
- Commercial acumen, with a resilient nature
- Target-driven with strong negotiation skills
- Able to work in a team and on own initiative
- Attention to detail and highly conscious of the importance of presentation
- Confident communicator (written and verbal)
- Strong organisational skills
- Plenty of drive with a strong sense of ownership
Hours of work: 37.5 hrs per week, including weekend working
Salary: TBC based on experience – basic salary plus commission
