What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll deliver a seamless customer journey through strong product knowledge, accurate guidance, and professional service.
- Develop strong product knowledge, including competitor models and market trends
- Analyse pricing, promotions, and new model launches
- Provide accurate advice on financing and insurance solutions
- Guide customers through relevant LTA guidelines and processes
- Deliver a seamless sales experience from first contact to post‑delivery follow‑up, in line with PML standards
- Provide exceptional service with professionalism, integrity, and care
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of retail continental car sales experience (other relevant sales experience may be considered)
- Possess valid Class 3 driving license
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable adopting new digital tools
- Comfortable creating and/or engaging with content on social mediaSales‑driven, target‑oriented, and motivated by results
- Self‑motivated and proactive, with strong drive to achieve targets
- Proven strong sales track record
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
- Customer‑centric with a proactive and service‑oriented mindset
