Operational Service Manager

FIXED TERM / SECONDMENT FOR 1 YEAR – This is a senior operational leadership role, with initial focus on the implementation of the GP Walk‑In service delivery in Invergordon, and scope to support wider Highland rollout as the service develops. This role reflects a system‑level operational management post, with responsibility for governance, performance, workforce and finance.
