Job Overview

PLUS Care Givers is seeking a well‑organized and compassionate Administrative Executive in Care Services to support our care delivery processes. This full‑time hybrid role is ideal for someone with a care background who is looking to transition into an administrative position while continuing to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives.

As the Administrative Executive in Care Services, you will assist with care assessments for prospective service users, manage client records, coordinate assessment appointments, and serve as a key point of contact for families and referral sources. While not a sales‑focused role, you will occasionally support lead tracking and follow‑up communications in collaboration with our care management team.

This role requires someone who understands the sensitive nature of the adult social care sector, communicates professionally, and is confident working in a fast‑paced yet supportive environment.
