Position
Project Manager (Based in Lincoln, hybrid working available with at least weekly office attendance and regular site meetings).
Hours: 37.5 hours per week with some flexibility. No sponsorship available for this role.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining project plans, risk registers, stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
- Creating and managing project schedules using MS Project, managing budgets and internal resources via the company’s finance systems.
- Facilitating workshops, managing project meetings and producing clear progress reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Undertaking contract administration, advising on procurement strategies and managing change control processes within client governance frameworks.
- Ensuring projects meet health, safety, and environmental requirements while supporting continuous improvement through lessons learned.
Qualifications
- Hold an HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in a discipline relevant to the built environment.
- APM PMQ or equivalent project management qualification and membership of APM.
- Experience delivering or supporting medium to high complexity projects valued over £5m and/or as lead PM for projects valued between £500k‑£5m.
- Confident in presenting complex information and building effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys working with others to find innovative solutions and deliver results that matter.
