We are looking for a committed and capable Dispute Resolution Paralegal to support our disputes team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality legal services.
THE ROLE
Working closely with our solicitors and senior practitioners, you will:
- Assist with the day-to-day management of commercial litigation and arbitration files
- Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, court forms, and bundles
- Conduct legal research and summarise findings clearly and accurately
- Liaise with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties in a professional manner
- Monitor case deadlines, manage court and tribunal timetables, and maintain up-to-date file records
- Assist with disclosure exercises and document review
- Provide general administrative and organisational support to the disputes team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in a dispute resolution, litigation, or commercial law environment — essential
- A solid understanding of civil litigation procedure and court processes (familiarity with the CPR is a strong advantage)
- Excellent legal research skills with the ability to present findings concisely
- Outstanding attention to detail — accuracy and precision are non-negotiable in this role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
- A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine dedication to building a career in dispute resolution
- LLB, LLM, GDL, or equivalent legal qualification
SELECTION PROCESS
