About the opportunity:

Everton in the Community delivers early intervention programmes that support young people at risk of underachieving, disengaging from education, or becoming involved in crime or antisocial behaviour.

As part of our continued expansion across the Liverpool City Region, we are recruiting aPathways Coordinatorto coordinate and deliver targeted sector-based programmes within partner schools and across our wider Children and Youth programmes. The role will support young people to raise their aspirations, develop employability skills and progress into education,employmentor training.

The Pathways Coordinator willcontribute to Everton in the Communitys Impact Model and Everton Learns Strategy, which aim to engage, inspire and support young people to achieve their potential.

We are looking for an individual whois highly motivatedandhas the abilitytomotivate and inspireyoung people to learn, achieve and aspire.

Experienced in deliveringclassroom-based sessions to 13 16-year-oldsour ideal candidate will alsodemonstratethe below skills and experience:

This position will be offered onFixed TermContract, with the role being based across our Everton in the Community campus.
