Based in Newry - Full time preferred - flexibility available.

Salary

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to solicitors, including preparing correspondence and legal documents, managing emails, and maintaining accurate filing systems
• Organise and manage a busy appointments diary
• Ensure all case files are well-structured, up to date, and easily accessible
• Deliver excellent client service by handling enquiries professionally and providing timely updates to clients and agents

The Ideal Person

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is essential, ideally within Family law, litigation and Criminal but any experience is considered
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
