A dedicated Facilities Management Services Division specialises in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance solutions for public sector clients across Northern Ireland. About you:

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in facilities or contract administration
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient with client portals and work management software
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Holds at least 5 GCSEs A-C, including Maths and English

What you'll do:

• Manage and coordinate works orders received via the Education Authority portal "Manhattan"
• Upload and allocate tasks within the "Mobile Work Manager" system
• Oversee invoices and maintain accurate accounts
• Track, report, and ensure KPI targets are met
• Generate reports on work progress and performance
• Liaise effectively with site operatives, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Keep work status updated daily and submit timely assessments to clients
• Support the Contracts Manager with various contractual and administrative duties
