Join our global in-house agency to create ideas that earn attention across owned and earned channels, from social-first content and PR-able brand moments to digital experiences and integrated campaign work.

Working closely with EMEA markets as part of a UK-based team, this role offers the opportunity to influence projects from brief to final delivery and see ideas come to life from start to finish.

Core Responsibilities

Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is an organisation that focuses on delivering best‑in‑class campaigns, insight‑driven & fit for purpose solutions across the LEGO group. The global development is driven out of The LEGO Group's headquarters in Billund, Denmark.

Location wise OLA also has offices in Billund, Copenhagen, London, Boston, Singapore and Shanghai.

Our LEGO Agency London is focused on developing campaigns from Global to local. Covering the full value chain from campaign strategy to in‑market executions. Balance work from Global projects to campaigns for Western Europe and CEEMEA markets with special focus on FRIB, EUC and UK, balanced with Global occasions campaigns.

The creative we are looking for should be experienced in developing campaign‑able ideas, moving seamlessly between digital, social channels, experiential or wherever our audiences are.

You will work on live projects, generating ideas while leading the project and wider team through the process. You’ll show initiative, be proactive, and take ownership of both your own work and the team’s output.
