Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
- Accurately process information and maintain internal systems
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
- Always ensure a high standard of customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of organisation
- Competent computer and analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Geographical knowledge of NI is essential
- Own transport would be an advantage due to the location
- Monday to Friday working hours (no weekends)
