Role
- Identify and research new customer opportunities to fuel commercial growth.
- Support the sales pipeline and forecasting to keep momentum strong.
- Drive lead generation through outbound calls, networking, events, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver winning commercial plans.
- Track and report sales results, sharing clear insights to boost performance.
- Build strong customer relationships and manage day‑to‑day communication.
- Set up new orders accurately and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Stay alert to market trends and competitor activity.
- Contribute to KPIs across acquisition, growth, and retention.
- Provide essential sales admin support to keep the team running efficiently.
Ideal Candidate
- 2–3 years’ experience in commercial or sales roles, ideally B2B FMCG (food, drink, or private‑label experience helpful but not essential).
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment with varied responsibilities.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with confidence to influence.
- Highly organised, efficient, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- Customer‑focused, resilient, and calm under pressure.
- Excellent admin skills with great attention to detail.

- Confident with systems, CRM tools, and data.
