WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Deliver customer engagement activities as part of live brand campaigns
- Apply marketing thinking to understand customer motivations and close effectively
- Represent Relay Direct's brand partners with professionalism and authenticity
- Contribute to campaign strategy, target-setting, and performance analysis
- Build towards a senior role in sales, marketing, or commercial management
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Commercially minded, with a genuine interest in both sales and marketing
- Excellent communicator — both in conversation and in understanding customer needs
- Results-oriented and motivated by measurable performance and progression
- Marketing, business, or communications graduates especially encouraged to apply
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
