As a leader in the aerospace industry, we have a number of exciting positions available right now, including aSenior Operations Supervisor.


Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, this is a full-time onsite role. The hours of work are 39 hours per week, 8:00am 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am 1:00pm Friday. The post holder may be required at times to work outside his/her normal working hours for the effective performance of the duties of the post.


In addition, you may be required to work a different shift pattern than the one outlined in the key terms table dependent on business needs. Should you be required to work an alternative shift, we will provide you with the details of the shift pattern including start and finish times and will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible, with a minimum of two weeks notice wherever feasible.


Role Overview:


Provide leadership to a production team within a lean manufacturing environment where performance is measured against key performance metrics and quality standards and the focus is on driving a culture of continuous improvement.
