Salary: £52,000 per annum + package
Location: Bromley, Kent
Job Type: Technical/Engineering
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm

Job Summary
Were looking for a passionate and dedicated FM Supervisor to join our clients team, working within a fast-paced environment. In this role, youll oversee the day-to-day engineering operations while ensuring high standards of maintenance and compliance are met.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing PPMs, reactive works, compliance, and team performance. If you're someone who is a strong leader with a hands-on approach, dont miss this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
Supervising and leading the on-site engineering team.
Carrying out reactive maintenance when required.
Overseeing and ensuring completion of PPMs.
Maintaining compliance in line with statutory regulations
Supporting the team with hands-on duties when necessary

Requirements
Electrically or mechanically qualified
Previous supervisory experience within FM & building services
Strong understanding of compliance and logbook management
Strong organisational and communication skills
Right to work in the UK
