Head of Culinary & Hospitality
We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to lead Avery’s culinary, hospitality, housekeeping, and laundry strategy across our care home portfolio, ensuring exceptional standards, strong compliance, and outstanding resident experiences.
Responsibilities
- Leading service standards across Culinary and Hospitality.
- Driving food safety compliance, EHO standards, and continuous improvement.
- Managing menu development, allergen compliance, and IDDSI training.
- Supporting budget performance, supplier relationships, and operational efficiencies.
- Building strong partnerships with General Managers and senior leaders across the business.
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience across multi‑site Culinary, Hospitality, or Hotel Services.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and supplier performance.
- Flexibility to travel nationally.
- National travel across Avery homes.
- A DBS Disclosure check (paid for by Avery Healthcare).
