We’re hiring a Head of Marketing to build, scale, and monetise one of the most ambitious personal brands in UK business.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

This role is about building a content and revenue engine around a founder-led business — turning attention into demand, and demand into revenue at scale.

You will take full ownership of the Joseph Valente personal brand and the Valente Consulting growth system, working directly with the Founder & CEO.

What you’ll do

You’ll be responsible for positioning Joseph Valente as a top‑tier business voice in the UK, with consistent, high‑impact messaging across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

You’ll build and run a high‑output content machine, including daily short‑form content, weekly long‑form video, and weekly Unfinished Business episodes. This means creating repeatable formats, hooks, and storytelling frameworks — not random posting.

You’ll turn attention into revenue by building and optimising funnels, email journeys, offers, and pricing. You’ll drive growth into Valente Consulting programmes, events, workshops, and academies, working closely with sales to improve cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and conversion rates.

You’ll also own paid media across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, managing significant budgets and building scalable campaigns with clear ROI.

On top of this, you’ll lead and grow the marketing team — currently including a Social Media Manager and videographers — and build out the wider marketing function with clear structure, KPIs, and standards.

Everything you build should connect content to leads, leads to sales, and sales to delivery.
