- Lead and oversee all estate administration activity
- Take ownership of a personal caseload from instruction through to completion
- Supervise and support junior team members, ensuring compliance and best practice
- Sit on the management board alongside senior leadership
- Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and case management systems
- Liaise with third parties, including asset holders and HMRC
- Manage inheritance tax and full estate administration processes

- Qualified under CLC, SRA, or CILEX (Probate & Estate Administration)
- At least eighteen months’ experience supervising and supporting junior team members
- Strong background in estate administration and private client work
- Confident in driving compliance, policies, and procedures
