As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead the operations of bars, restaurants, and service outlets, ensuring smooth service, memorable guest experiences, and high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will be hands‑on in your leadership, developing and motivating the team to deliver best‑in‑class service. With an eye on revenue and profitability, you will track key metrics, manage labour costs, and support the overall financial success of the venue.
