The Role of Domestic Field Service Engineer

• This is a home / field based role. The successful Domestic Field Service Engineer will be responsible for completing warranty and chargeable repairs / breakdowns.
• You will attend domestic appointments and be responsible for fault finding and carrying out repairs on boilers.
• Being customer facing, the Domestic Service Engineer will ensure the highest quality customer service.
• You will also be responsible for maintaining records of performance reports and supporting the sales team where possible.
