The Role

As an Accounting Software Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them maximise the value of their accounting software. You’ll deliver training, guide successful onboarding, and support clients with adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities.

The role is hybrid remote from their Harrow offices, with travel to visit clients also required.

What’s Required?

• A background in accounting, this could be experience working in or selling into the industry, or an educational background in accountancy or finance.
• Strong Account Management or sales experience, ideally selling software or SAAS products
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or Sage
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, with the ability to identify client needs, upsell solutions, and support adoption
• Any accountancy qualifications would be a plus!
