The Role

• Advise and represent clients across a range of employment law matters, including contracts, disciplinary processes, workplace disputes, and tribunals.
• Manage a diverse and stimulating caseload for clients ranging from SMEs to larger organisations.
• Deliver clear, commercial, and pragmatic advice while maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Work closely with senior colleagues on complex cases and contribute to the ongoing success of the department.
