Are you an experienced Family Solicitor looking for a step up to Head of Family role? Maybe you are already in a similar position but tired of commuting to the office. If so, this role could be for you.

We are recruiting a Head of Family position for a Law Firm on a remote working basis. You will need to be at least 8 years PQE to be considered for this position. We re looking for an experienced candidate with a strong background in Family Law who can fee earn, generate business and help the grow the department whilst managing 1 other staff member.

Essential areas of solid experience must include:

• Matrimonial/relationship matters - divorce, separation, civil partnerships,
• Financial provision/protection - negotiating financial settlements, spousal maintenance, handling of pre/post nuptial agreements
• Children and private law disputes - disputes between parents/family members regarding child custody, visitation rights, child guardianship and welfare
