An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading multi-office Legal 150 law firm within its highly regarded Commercial Department in Nottingham. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a truly people-first, supportive environment where quality work and career development go hand in hand.

The firm is highly flexible and open to both full-time and part-time working, with hybrid arrangements tailored to suit individual needs.

The Role

You will work on a broad range of high-quality commercial matters, including:

• Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, including agency, distribution, franchising, and manufacturing agreements
• Supporting businesses with intellectual property protection, brand assets, and IP licensing strategies
• Advising on procurement, outsourcing, consultancy, IT projects, software licensing, development and hosting arrangements
• Handling joint ventures, shareholder agreements, investment arrangements, and share option schemes (including EMI schemes)
• Advising on corporate governance, directors’ duties, and regulatory compliance, including GDPR and wider data protection matters

This is a varied and engaging role offering exposure to high-quality work across a diverse client base.
