The Role

We are seeking a commercially minded Global Sales Manager to join our fast-growing organisation. The Global Sales Manager will be accountable for the management, performance, and development of the sales team (across the UK, USA, France, and Germany), operating within the strategic direction set by the Sales Directors. This role is designed to provide structure, consistency, and people leadership to the global sales function, enabling the Sales Directors to focus on commercial strategy, growth, and key relationships.

The role will involve both domestic and international travel. When not travelling, the position will be based at our headquarters in Sheffield, UK.
