The Role
As a Senior or Principal Consultant, you’ll:
- Join an experienced team building our new European business unit
- Use our 25-year UK track record to win trust in the European market
- Develop your own niche vertical within IT, tech, or engineering
- Generate new business and build long-term client partnerships
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
- Build and own a high-value candidate network
- Cross-sell wider project solutions
- Drive your own desk revenue with full ownership and autonomy
This is not a relocation requirement. This is a market expansion opportunity.
