The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through a mix of new business development and account management.

You will be responsible for:

• Generating new business through outbound calls, email campaigns and lead generation
• Managing and developing an existing portfolio of customers
• Building strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
• Managing your pipeline and keeping CRM systems up to date
• Responding to customer enquiries and providing tailored solutions
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience

About You

To be successful in this Sales Executive role, you will:

• Have experience in a B2B sales or telesales environment
• Be confident, target-driven and commercially minded
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
