What you’ll be doing

• Lead and grow the Private Client practice, scaling it into a high-performing team
• Convert existing internal relationships into long-term client engagements
• Advise on complex wills, trusts, estate planning and probate matters
• Partner with tax and advisory teams to deliver integrated, high-value solutions

What you’ll bring

• Strong Private Client experience advising HNW individuals and families
• Gravitas to influence senior stakeholders and build trust across the business
• Proven ability to generate work through networking and relationship development
• Experience leading or mentoring lawyers, with a mindset to grow and scale a team
