Senior Project Manager
Up to £675/day (inside IR35)
London - 3x per week onsite
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a large, company‑wide transformation within a complex logistics organisation. The role requires someone who is comfortable leading delivery, shaping governance, and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.
You will be working on a key project concentrating on digital modernisation and validity and will need to:
- Manage and coordinate activity with a third‑parties, ensuring delivery quality and accountability
- Work within an agile delivery environment, while recognising that not all work will be agile - someone who can flex between Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches as the organisation matures
We are looking for:
- Experience working in large, enterprise-scale environments
- Excellent supplier relationship management - proven experience managing multiple suppliers
- Strong understanding and knowledge of system integrations
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- A resilient, pragmatic, and solution‑driven individual, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure where needed
