DealFlowAgent is the first AI-native M&A advisory firm helping owners of essential services businesses sell for higher valuations in shorter timeframes.

We are the first firm of our kind that specialises on working with business owners in essential service sectors such as building services. This includes sub niches such as fire safety, HVAC, security, electrical, pest control, landscaping and plumbing and other installation and maintenance firms. Essential service also includes niche healthcare businesses such as specialist clinics (dentists, vets, chiropractors) and care homes. In parallel, we have a fast growing network of active business buyers ready to meet these business owners.

We have recently raised $750,000 in seed funding and are backed by investors behind companies including Uber (4000x uplift from seed to IPO), Canva, SpaceX and 40+ unicorns.
