What You’ll Be Doing As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll play a key role in creating an unforgettable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Delivering a first-class customer experience for members, players, and guests
- Greeting visitors with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
- Managing court bookings, enquiries, and reception operations
- Supporting the smooth running of daily activities at the hub
- Working closely with the team to maintain a vibrant and welcoming club atmosphere
- Helping grow the local padel community by making every visit memorable
What We’re Looking For
- We’re searching for someone who brings energy, personality, and reliability to the team.
You’ll likely have:
- Experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, leisure, events, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect easily with people
- A calm, organised approach in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A team-player mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
- An interest in sport, fitness, or padel (padel experience is a bonus, not essential)
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
