The Role

As a Trainee Business Manager, you will complete one of the best training programs in hospitality which will provide you will all the tools and experience needed to lead the operations of one of our busiest, high-volume McDonald's units, serving as the critical leader for the entire restaurant team.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team of crew members and shift managers.
• Ensuring the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance.
• Driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets.
• Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume and fast environment.

• Proven experience as a Senior Manager high-volume fast paced restaurant environment.
• A passion for great food and outstanding customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
