We're looking for a Senior Business Performance & Insight Analyst to play a key role in driving improved business performance and customer outcomes across the commercial property management companies

In this role, you'll lead the analysis of operational, financial and customer data to generate clear, actionable insight that supports strategic decision‑making, transformation activity and continuous improvement. Acting as a trusted analytical partner to senior leaders, you'll help explain what's happening across the organisation, why it's happening and what actions are needed to deliver measurable improvement.

You'll also be responsible for ensuring performance information is accurate, meaningful and accessible, enabling leaders to track benefits, manage risk and balance service quality, customer experience and commercial outcomes.

Where will I be working?

Working 37.5 hours this is a hybrid role based out of our offices in Northwich (CW9 7LN) offering flexibility to work from home to be assessed on a case by case basis
