About the Job

Reporting to the Head of Finance the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties...

• Manage the aged debtors ledger and chase outstanding invoices
• Build customer relationships and resolve payment queries
• Monitor credit limits and ensure timely payments
• Raise invoices and credit notes
• Allocate customer receipts and support month-end invoicing
• Process supplier invoices and reconcile supplier statements
• Complete daily bank reconciliations across multiple currencies
• Process expenses and post journal entries

Previous experience

• Previous experience working in a busy office environment
• Hold or studying towards a Accounts Technician Qualification (Desirable)
• Experience Using Sage (Desirable)
