A highly regarded Top 200 Legal 500 firm is seeking a Private Client Partner to lead its established and well-supported team in Leatherhead. \nKey Responsibilities
\n\n
\n\t- Lead and manage the Private Client department, overseeing strategy, performance, and growth
\n\t \n\t- Advise on a wide range of matters including:
\n\t \n\t\n\t \n\t- Wills and estate planning
\n\t \n\t- Probate and estate administration
\n\t \n\t- Inheritance Tax
\n\t \n\t- Trusts
\n\t \n\t- Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection
\n\t \n\t- Multi-jurisdictional estates
\n\t \n\t- Act for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and clients with complex family structures and cross-border assets
\n\t \n\t- Support and mentor fee earners to drive excellence, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
\n\t \n\t- Engage in departmental and firm-wide strategic initiatives

\n\tAbout You\n\t\n\t\t- A senior Private Client Solicitor or Partner, ideally 10+ PQE
\n\t\t \n\t\t- Experience leading or managing a team (or ready to step into a leadership role)
\n\t\t \n\t\t- Comfortable handling complex, HNW and international matters
\n\t\t \n\t\t- STEP qualified
\n\t\t \n\t\t- Approachable, team-focused and ready to contribute at a strategic level
