Job Description We are on the lookout for a Reception Team Leader (Concierge Team Leader) for a brand-new contract for Portico, overseeing our small team based with a neobanking firm operating in a multi-tenanted building in Canary Wharf. Assisted by a Concierge team member, the successful Concierge Team Leader will oversee the front desk operation, looking after meeting rooms and visitors, assist the senior team with business travel needs, whilst maintaining a vigilant approach to the security of the floor.  Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday with rotating shifts between 8am-9pm Salary: £31,000 Qualifications You will need to be friendly with a passion for providing excellent service, great attention to detail and looking for an opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience. Supervisory experience within customer service is essential, preferably within a corporate setting or similar role.  It is also essential to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and clients at all levels.
