What the day will look like Partner with CFOs, private equity sponsors and corporates to shape capital optimisation strategies that strengthen balance sheets and unlock growth. Originate and structure insuranceu2011backed and risku2011transfer solutions, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling client value. Lead deep financial, risk and capital analysis to quantify efficiency, valuation impact and transaction outcomes. Collaborate daily with colleagues across M&A, Credit, Reinsurance and Asset Management to deliver integrated, marketu2011leading solutions. Take solutions to market u2014 accomplishing deals, deepening senior relationships and representing Aon at client forums and industry events. Proven ability to lead and deliver complex, clientu2011facing projects, working effectively across crossu2011functional and international teams.
