Workload & Structure
- 4–6 sessions (6 preferred)
- 12 patients per session
- 15-minute appointments
- Protected follow-up slots (GP-bookable only)
- Minimal home visits (dedicated visiting team)
- Team-based duty: triage GP + F2F GP
- No evenings or Saturdays
- Buddy system prevents admin build-up
