The role:
The Consulting Director is responsible for keeping complex, multi-stream programmes of work on scope, on budget, and commercially sound. The brief is wide ranging encompassing commercial & financial, engagement design & solution architecture, operational governance, client management/delivery and business development across the firm’s most complex and top client engagements. These are based principally in the UK & US.
You:
The role requires a passion for value creation. Skills required are:
- Significant experience in a senior strategy consulting role at a top-tier B2B media or leading consultancy
- The proven ability to manage a P&L, set up budgeting and forecasting templates, and apply a rational, tested approach to financial management
- Be mature and confident in working with complex group dynamics, particularly with CEOs and the Boards of larger organisations
- Have deep knowledge of B2B business models, including digital media, events, marketing services and subscriptions
- Significant recent experience in managing and growing clients and related business development in the media and closely related sectors

Salary and package:
Base salary £130,000 - £150,000 + bonus linked to individual and company performance + an excellent benefits package
Location and mobility:
- Hybrid working with 3 days in the London office
- Must be willing to travel, including regular trips to the US
