The Ideal Candidate Will

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have recent experience teaching in the UK state comprehensive sector
• Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering outstanding outcomes in Physics
• Have the ability to lead, motivate, and develop colleagues
• Be committed to inclusive education and high expectations for all learners
