Responsibilities
- Provide expert care, advice, and education to patients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues across hospital and community settings.
- Contribute to service development and champion evidence-based practice.
- Support patients throughout their vascular journey, from diagnosis to long-term management.
- Support Consultants with day-to-day clinical activity and lead nurse‑run vascular clinics at NNUH and off‑site locations.
- Deliver high‑quality care and make informed treatment decisions based on a comprehensive assessment of patients with vascular conditions.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Passionate about delivering exceptional, evidence‑based care.
- Keen to develop or expand specialist vascular knowledge.
- Compassionate, proactive, and committed to improving patient outcomes.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a close‑knit team.
- Experience as a specialist nurse or motivated nurse ready to take the next step.
