Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead the delivery of the Affordable Housing management contract with Legal and General Affordable Homes, joining our Rental Homes team within the Affordable Housing Division. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for contract performance, client engagement and commercial delivery. Working closely with operational leads, asset management, mobilisation, finance and income recovery teams, you will ensure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements while driving continuous improvement and strong client outcomes.

Our Affordable Housing team manages a nationwide portfolio of new and existing homes, including affordable and social rent, shared ownership, and supported housing.
We deliver housing services on behalf of institutional investors, registered providers, and local authorities – combining commercial insight with a strong social purpose to support vibrant, inclusive communities.

The ideal candidate will have significant senior‑level experience within Affordable Housing or large‑scale property management, with a clear track record of leading contract performance at a strategic level. You will be highly competent in KPI management, performance reporting and financial oversight, including P&L responsibility and monthly and quarterly reporting. Confident operating as the main escalation point for the client, you will bring strong stakeholder management skills, commercial awareness and the ability to set standards, drive accountability and maintain effective governance across a complex contract.

This is a 12‑month fixed‑term remote contract, with travel required to client sites in London and occasional national travel.
