THE ROLE
The role of Effectiveness Manager is to work closely with the Head of Effectiveness in the execution of research and effectiveness programmes at Talon. To be the core point of contact to support planning teams with brief and pitch work, managing campaign effectiveness research and supporting senior leadership with effectiveness support. The role is responsible for managing the team in generating regular campaign measurement, achieving measurement targets, managing an agency patch and creating core effectiveness work to underpin planning and client performance.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Agency patch management – manage and drive effectiveness within the agency patch and long term measurement laydowns of core clients within the patch. It will be your role and responsibility to work with the planning teams to understand and interpreting clients KPIs develop measurement solutions to answer these and protect OOH spend
- Project management, analysis and reporting of data and client debriefs
- A core point of contact for the UK team for effectiveness knowledge/collateral
- Support senior leadership with effectiveness support
- Own the generation of OOH data and insights, industry reports, and market trends to support marketing and client initiatives.
- Develop research projects to support planning and overall business strategies
- Content Marketing Support: identify trends and topics that will shape Talon’s content agenda, inclusive of sales and marketing collateral and thought leadership (bylines and whitepapers.)
- Ensure the team are conducting regular analysis of syndicated research studies and reporting findings to the business
- Driving growth in core client’s measurement portfolios and diversifying their measurement solutions
- Embedded in industry knowledge through attendance of internal and external media/research and effectiveness events
- Share knowledge and best practice across the team and business
- Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures
- Demonstrate proper care and respect for corporate assets
- Work to embody the Talon values and behaviours to maintain the best possible culture throughout Talon.
- Participate in projects and initiatives which drive Talon’s commitment to positive social and environmental causes. E.g., charity partnerships, volunteering, carbon offsetting etc.
